5	Our Lady of Sorrows May Mania Dinner/Auction. 3700 Thomas Street. 19	Jackson Deanery Charismatic Mass/Healing Service. Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2887 East Main Street, Humboldt, TN. Praise and worship music precedes the Mass which will begin at 10:30 a.m. A healing service follows the Mass. Father Anthony Azuwike will be the principal celebrant. 20	“Voices of St. Augustine” (St. Augustine Gospel Choir) Annual Choir Day.  An event leading up to the 75th Anniversary of St. Augustine Catholic Church in August. Choir Day is at 3 p.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 1169 Kerr Ave., Memphis.
31- Jun 2	Memphis Italian Festival (MIF) 2nd Annual Italian Idol Singing Competition. Open to those 12 to 35 years old. Judges will be local musicians and celebrities. The competition will be held during the festival on May 31- June 2 and the entrance fee is $25 per individual. First prize is $500, 2nd prize is $300, and 3rd prize is $200.
