The Catholic Foundation of West Tennessee was established in 2022 as a lasting legacy of the United in Faith Capital Campaign to strengthen and sustain diocesan ministries. To ensure prudent and transparent stewardship, diocesan leaders created an independent 501(c)(3) organization to manage and distribute funds for Seminarian Education, Youth and Young Adult Ministries, Diaconate Formation, and retired priest care.
Guided by a Board of Directors composed of lay leaders, the Foundation operates with integrity and accountability, safeguarding assets to support the Church’s mission. Through strategic investments, donor-advised funds, and endowments, it provides long-term financial security for diocesan ministries, parishes, and schools, ensuring the faithful’s generosity has lasting impact.
