DESCRIPTION:\nAll are invited to participate in the 2024 Special Athletes F
 un Day hosted by St. Ann Catholic Church in Bartlett next Saturday\, Septe
 mber 21. This joy-filled day features a number of Track &amp\; Field event
 s that are modeled after the Special Olympics and is designed for individu
 als with Special Needs from age Six through Adult. The event has been held
  annually since 1991.\n\n\nThis year’s event will take place on the St. 
 Ann Catholic Church Athletic Field\, 6529 Stage Road\, Bartlett. Check-in 
 and late registration will begin at 8:00am on the day of the event and the
  opening ceremonies will begin promptly at 9:00am. There will be coffee an
 d donuts provided in the morning and lunch will be provided to all athlete
 s\, volunteers\, and spectators at the conclusion of the event around 12:0
 0pm (noon).\n\n\nAll those interested in competing as a Special Athlete ar
 e encouraged to submit a completed online registration form as soon as pos
 sible so that the planning committee can order enough t-shirts\, award med
 allions\, goody bags\, food\, etc. All athletes should be registered prior
  to the start of the opening ceremonies at 9:00am.\n\n\nRegister at: https

 e needed to assist the Special Athletes\, help conduct the games\, etc. St
 udents can earn service hours for their school or organization for volunte
 ering. No pre-registration needed for volunteers. Just arrive by 8:00am ne
 xt Saturday morning\, September 21\, for check-in and instructions.\n\n\nP
