DESCRIPTION:The Diocese of Memphis and the new Office of Hispanic Faith For
 mation\, within the Office of Evangelization &amp\; Faith Formation\, invi
 te current and future Hispanic leaders\, parish ministers\, and volunteers
  to participate in the Escuela Diocesana de Liderazgo Hispano (Diocesan Sc
 hool of Hispanic Leadership).\n\n\nThis new formation program is designed 
 to strengthen Hispanic Ministry by providing practical skills\, pastoral f
 ormation\, and leadership development to help participants:\n\n 	Build and
  strengthen parish ministries\n 	Serve more effectively in their current m
 inistry roles\n 	Develop pastoral leadership skills\n 	Learn pastoral plan
 ning and organization\n 	Utilize Microsoft and digital tools for ministry\
 n 	Grow in faith\, communication\, teamwork\, and service\n\nAll classes w
 ill be offered in Spanish and will include monthly formation sessions\, on
 going accompaniment\, and guidance from experienced professionals\, minist
 ry leaders\, and priests throughout the program.\n\n\nOpening Session\n\n\
 nOur first session will feature Father Rubén Villalón and will be held a
