Reports To: Database Coordinator & Assistant Director of Development

Your contributions will directly support the ministries and programs that serve individuals and families throughout our diocese.

What You’ll Do

Database & Donor Management

  • Maintain and update donor records and parish census data
  • Process event registrations, pledges, and recurring donations
  • Verify and reconcile pledge reports and donor information
  • Oversee and update mailing lists for campaigns and outreach

Donor Relations & Administrative Support

  • Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for donors, partners, and volunteers
  • Prepare and send donor acknowledgment letters, receipts, and other communications
  • Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns
  • Support donor stewardship efforts by tracking engagement history and preferences

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree in business, nonprofit management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in database management, administrative support, or fundraising—nonprofit experience is a plus!

Skills & Strengths

  • Experience with donor management systems (Raiser’s Edge, DonorPerfect, PDS, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in a nonprofit, educational, or faith-based organization
  • Familiarity with fundraising practices and donor stewardship principles

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with occasional evening or weekend events
  • A collaborative team environment focused on growth and impact
