St. Francis Catholic School

St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School (2-years old – 8th grade) is looking to hire a part-time Enrollment Salesperson to play a role in leading and maintaining our annual enrollment, outreach, and advertising efforts, and to work alongside our Admissions Director during our student registration/enrollment period for upcoming school years.

Activities will likely include, but are not limited to, distributing marketing materials to delivery channels such as pre-schools and Parents Day Out facilities, Parish Religious Education (PRE) meetings, community centers, public libraries, etc. Holding informational sessions for prospective parents and pre-school teachers/administrators. Providing input for development of flyers, direct mailings, and email/web-based/social media outreach campaigns. Participating in community outreach project management, and other key tasks including:

  • Implementation of outreach plans to enroll children into our SFA early childhood education programs and/or elementary and middle school programs
  • Building student enrollments through school partnerships, business promotional opportunities, telemarketing efforts, on-site & off-site events, and campus tours.
  • Creating prospect lists and wait-lists of possible enrollees
  • Serving as a community ambassador for SFA school; attending relevant community meetings as needed
  • Ability to initiate referral programs, and clearly explain financial aid options
  • Providing weekly updates to the Admissions Director and School Administration
  • Elevating problems or issues as it related to enrollment as needed
  • Monitoring timelines and progress

Applicant should also be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to professionally represent the SFA school and programs.
  • Ability to professionally articulate the SFA school mission, vision, and goals.
  • Ability to organize and participate in effective community outreach activities.
  • Ability to work with support team in completing enrollment campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Type –

  • Part-time (anticipated 15 – 20 hours per week)
  • Hybrid work environment
  • 12-month contract (with 120-day probation period) – Renewable as agreed upon

Pay – From $10.00 per hour, plus excellent commission structure based on number of new student enrollments. Automobile mileage and cell phone reimbursement.

Experience –

  • Marketing, Sales, or Recruiting (preferred) OR
  • Retired teaching / school administration, military, or realtor (preferred)

Start Date: Immediate
