As a host family:

• You will provide a room (which can be shared), meals when not in school, some transportation to school and events, and lots of love and support.

• You may be eligible for a tax deduction.

• Learn first-hand about another country from a student who has grown up there.

• You can change a young person’s life by allowing them to live in the United States.

SBA is seeking host families for two students (9th and 10th grade) for the 2024-25 school year. If desired, both students may live with the same family.

The students have full health coverage and can have the same responsibilities as other children living in the home. Both plan to stay for their entire Catholic High School career, but your hosting commitment can be year-to-year.
