Many blessings and congratulations to Father Stephan Brown, S.V.D., on his Installation as Pastor at our beautiful St. Augustine Catholic Church, 1169 Kerr Ave. The installation took place Saturday, Nov. 18, at a joyful Vigil Mass with Bishop David P. Talley as Celebrant and Homilist. Monsignor Edwin Creary and Father Brandon Nguyen, S.V.D., Pastor, Sacred Heart Catholic Church-Memphis, were Concelebrants. The Deacons and Altar Servers provided excellent support along with great help from many St. Augustine parishioners. Also, the music was absolutely perfect with the amazing St. Augustine Gospel Choir. After the Holy Mass, the parishioners held a wonderful Installation Reception for Fr. Brown with delicious dishes and desserts.
