Catholic Schools Week at St. Ann School in Bartlett was a Huge Success
Catholic Schools Week was a huge success at St. Ann Catholic School in Bartlett. We celebrated our Parish on Sunday and hosted a well-attended preview day. Our student ambassadors did a fantastic job of showing off out wonderful school. Monday’s day of service brought in hundreds of pjs for Catholic Charities. Student’s wore their pjs to school in exchange for bringing in new pjs to donate. Student appreciation day was Tuesday. Student’s showed off their favorite team jerseys and showed off their classrooms to the family and friends for open house night! We celebrated our nation on Wednesday with red, white and blue attire. Students hosted a special talent show for 4th – 8th graders. Thursday’s theme was Celebrating Vocations. St. Ann was honored to have the Most Reverend David P. Talley celebrate our mass. Students made cards to thank Father Ernie and Bishop Talley. Thank you to all the grandparents that also celebrated mass with us and toured the school. Friday was St. Ann spirit day and we held the Geography Bee. Seventh grader Vincent Ho won for the second year in a row! The day wrapped up with the traditional student vs faculty volleyball game. Faculty won… again!! Our book fair was open all week and Clifford the Big Red Dog showed up to meet the students. All in all it was a fantastic Catholic Schools Week that embodied the theme which was: Learn. Serve. Lead. Succeed.
