Many blessings and congratulations to Father Carlos Donato, Parochial Vicar, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, and Office of Tribunal, who has completed his studies at St. Paul University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and is now a licensed Canonist for our Diocese. Let’s celebrate this outstanding accomplishment with Bishop David P. Talley for Father Donato and continue to pray for Father Casey Weber and Father Peter Nguyen, who are working toward degrees in Canon Law at Catholic University of America and St. Paul University, respectively.
