It is with great sadness that Bishop David P. Talley and our Diocese share the passing of Deacon Morgan Edwin (Eddie) Ramsey, Sr.

Deacon Eddie entered eternal life Tuesday, January 14. He was ordained on March 4, 2000. Deacon Eddie was an integral part of our St. Peter Catholic Church.

Please pray for the repose of Deacon Eddie’s soul and for his family and friends. May God grant him eternal rest.

— Visitation: Sunday, January 19, from 3:00pm-5:00pm, Rosary at 5:00pm, Canale Funeral Directors, 2700 Union Ave. Extended, Memphis.

— Funeral Mass: Monday, January 20, 1:00pm, St. Peter Catholic Church, 190 Adams Ave., Memphis. Monsignor Val Handwerker will be the Celebrant.
