The Catholic Diocese of Memphis is pleased to welcome His Way at Work, a nationally recognized Catholic apostolate dedicated to helping business owners and leaders integrate their Catholic faith into the daily life of their companies and workplaces.
Transforming Workplaces Through Faith
His Way at Work inspires business leaders to place God at the center of their work by consecrating their businesses to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and creating workplace cultures rooted in faith, service, and authentic care for employees.
Through a proven path of transformation centered on Consecration, Community, and Integrated Care, participants are encouraged to pursue not only business success, but what His Way at Work calls an “eternal return on investment” grounded in love of God and neighbor.
Conference and Consecration Mass
