Effective immediately, Bishop David P. Talley has appointed Father Jacek Kowal has the Director of the Office of Vocations for the next two-three years. He also will continue as Pastor of our St. Ann Catholic Church in Bartlett. Please see Bishop Talley’s Decree on the new appointment by clicking on the button below.

Father Jacek was recommended by many in each of the groups asked to offer names of candidates to Bishop Talley. In his new appointment, Father Jacek will have the lead responsibility for encouraging Vocations to the Priesthood and Religious Life, and to facilitate communications with and provide guidance to those whose formation has been entrusted to the Office of Vocations.

Father Dennis Schenkel and Father Scott Bahrke will continue in their current posts as Assistant Directors of the Office of Vocations, along with Lyssette Candia, Administrative Assistant, for the Office of Vocations.
