God bless Msgr. Thomas Kirk, 78, who passed away on Dec. 22, 2021. His Funeral Mass took place Jan. 5, at the Cathedral with Bishop David Talley as the Celebrant and Fr. John Kirk, brother of Msgr. Kirk, as the Homilist. The Burial followed the Mass at our Calvary Catholic Cemetery with a Reception taking place after the Burial at the Cathedral.
Also, as a reminder, Memorial Mass for Msgr. Kirk will take place this Sat., Jan. 8, at our St. Mary Church in Jackson, Tenn., at 11am, with Fr. Al Kirk as the Celebrant and Homilist and Fr. David Graham as a Concelebrant with other Priests from our Diocese. A Rosary will be said before the Mass, which will start at 10:30am. The Mass will be live-streamed from St. Mary’s Facebook page.
