The Catholic Diocese of Memphis is pleased to welcome His Way at Work, a national Catholic organization dedicated to helping business owners and leaders integrate their faith into their workplaces and company culture.
Catholic business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders are invited to attend a Morning Conference and Consecration Mass on Monday, November 9, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Retreat Center in Stanton.
Participants will explore practical ways to place God at the center of their work, foster caring workplace cultures, and consecrate their businesses to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The event will conclude with a Consecration Mass celebrated by Bishop David P. Talley.
His Way at Work guides leaders through a transformative journey of Consecration, Community, and Integrated Care, encouraging business success rooted in faithful stewardship and an “eternal return on investment” grounded in love of God and neighbor.
