Catholic Church of the Incarnation

The Catholic Church of the Incarnation is looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join the parish office staff.  The receptionist will greet guests when they arrive at the office and determine the reason for their visit. Other job duties include answering phones and emails, entering information into the database, organizing files, and making copies. The receptionist will also monitor and track the facilities schedule of events and room usage.  The preferred candidates should have some experience in an administrative role.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of parish operation
  • 3-5 years experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (and Spanish desired)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality
