Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate Catholic values into instruction and classroom culture
• Teach core subjects using a Classical, integrated curriculum aligned with diocesan standards
• Foster a structured, engaging, and respectful classroom environment
• Assess student growth and adjust instruction as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate regularly with families
• Participate in school liturgies, events, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Valid or eligible Tennessee teaching license
• Passion for Catholic education and student formation
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Must pass background check
