Do you have a heart for toddlers and a passion for shaping little minds with love and faith? Holy Rosary Catholic School is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher for our 2-Year-Old Program—a caring professional who delights in the magic of early childhood and is excited to join a faith-filled, nurturing environment.

Your Role:

In this joyful and formative classroom, you will:

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging space where toddlers feel seen, secure, and inspired to explore.
• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities that nurture the whole child—spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.
• Build simple routines that include prayer, play-based learning, music, stories, art, and gross/fine motor skill development.
• Support each child with care, including diapering, potty-training, and personal care, always with dignity and patience.
• Share in the spiritual journey of your students by modeling kindness, teaching prayers, and telling stories of faith.
• Partner with parents to keep them informed, connected, and confident in their child’s growth.
• Collaborate with fellow preschool staff and participate in school-wide faith and community events.
• Follow all guidelines for early childhood care and education as set by the state, diocese, and school leadership.

Who You Are:

• A nurturing educator with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, values-driven school culture.
• A practicing Catholic or someone who joyfully supports the Catholic mission of the school.
• Experienced in child development and creating age-appropriate, faith-integrated curriculum.
• Certified in CPR/First Aid and able to meet state-mandated background and health requirements.
• Patient, gentle, and deeply passionate about guiding toddlers through their earliest stages of discovery and development.
