St. Paul Catholic School
The school receptionist will provide clerical support to the school as directed by the school principal and will act as a liaison between the community, the school, and other internal and external stakeholders. The receptionist will greet visitors to the school, answer the phone and direct calls accordingly and/or take messages, and answer the doors and intercom system. Additionally, the receptionist will complete the daily absentee report and contact parents of absent students by the end of the day and take care of children when they come to the office due to illness or other needs.
