With an office located at the Catholic Center, the primary responsibility of the Director is to manage the Human Resources Department and assist the Bishop and Pastors with all aspects of employee relations including hiring and termination, oversight and management of employee benefits, and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
Qualifications include: work experience with successful companies who have practiced effective Human Resources management; a generalist background with broad knowledge of employment compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; effective and clear verbal and written communication skills; and being a practicing Catholic (required).
