There is an immediate opening for the position of Director of Human Resources for the Catholic Diocese of Memphis. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and includes overseeing all areas of Human Resources including:
Effective & Timely Communications, Training and On-boarding of All Diocese Employees/ Diocesan Health Insurance & Related Employee Benefits/ Compensation Studies/ Human Resources Policies & Procedures/ Employee Relations Practices (Including All Virtus Training)/ Compliance with Federal, State and Local employment law/ Assistance with Recruiting, Hiring and Termination processes/ Maintenance of All Personnel Records
Qualifications:
Practicing Catholic in Good Standing, Affiliation with successful companies who practice effective Human Resource Management, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Generalist Background with broad knowledge of employment compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, training and development, Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
