A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on February 23, 2019 for Abigail Barrera Ariza, 18, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Mass was celebrated by Rev. Simon Thoi Hoang, SVD. Burial was at Memorial Park Southwoods. Survivors include spouse Hernan Mera Ortega, daughter Layla Aranza Mera, parents Amadeo Barrera and Corina Ariza and brother Lorenzo, Armando.
