A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on January 25 for Helen Goatley Powers, 93, at Church of the Holy Spirit in Germantown. The Mass was celebrated by Msgr. Al Kirk and con-celebrated with Fr. Thomas Clark. Burial was at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Survivors include nieces, Jane Hayden and Kate Marconi.
