A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on July 2, 2019 for James Frederick Perkins, 65, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church by Rev. Dexter Noblefranca with con-celebrant Rev. James Clark . Burial was at White Sulfur Cemetery in Pickwick Dam, TN. James is survived by his wife, Jan Long Perkins; siblings, Mary Beth Trouy and Martha Ann Cline.
