SBA Announces Exciting and Impactful Before School Classes in Math and STEM for the 2021-2022 School Year
St. Benedict at Auburndale is excited to announce before school classes in Math and STEM beginning with the 2021-2022 School Year.
Both classes will be taught on the St. Benedict Campus, 8250 Varnavas Drive, Cordova, TN. 38016. Classes have been scheduled in such a way that if you have students interested in both classes, they can do both!
The Morning Math is open to 8th graders (male and female) who are in your Advanced Algebra I class and would typically qualify for Geometry or Geometry Honors as a 9th grader. Depending on interest, the Morning Math could have an online/remote option for those who are unable to get to St. Benedict at 7:00am and make it back to your campus in time for school.
The Morning STEM is open to 7th & 8th graders (male and female) who are interested in pursuing STEM classes in High School. The course, Engineering Essentials, is a module of the Project Lead the Way Curriculum. Because this is a hands-on class, online/remote is not an option at this time.
