Please join our St. Patrick Catholic Church at 12pm (Noon) on Good Friday, April 15, as we walk the Stations of the Cross at Historical and everyday Landmarks throughout our Downtown Memphis Neighborhood.
Many will walk through the Neighborhood carrying a Cross, stopping at various points of interest related to Social Justice to pray and reflect. The journey begins in the parking lot behind our St. Patrick Church and ends inside the Church. Station locations include the Civil Rights Museum, WLOK Radio, Clayborn Temple, Ida B. Wells Memorial, as well as other everyday sites.
Fr. Bruce Nieli, C.S.P., will lead the large group in reflection at each stop and in song with his guitar as we process on the journey. It’s a unique tradition with our St. Patrick Church, which provides a profound and deeply spiritual experience. All are welcome to participate.
