Our Memphis Catholic Schools Office is excited to announce that Eighth Grade Student, Taylor Lanctot, from our outstanding Holy Rosary Catholic School, 4841 Park Ave., has been chosen as the “Super Student of the Month” for April. According to Supt. Nic Antoine, the choice was difficult with strong candidates across our excellent and faith-filled Catholic Schools—but Taylor just stood out among all nominees. Supt. Antoine announced the Super Student award this morning, Thursday, April 27, at a packed and excited Student Assembly after Mass in the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Taylor was nominated by Holy Rosary Teacher Tina Young who noted that Taylor exemplifies the academic and athletic commitment of a Super Student: a student who’s leadership impacts the School and Community in an extremely positive and faith-filled manner every day. Many blessings to Taylor and all the amazing students, faculty, clergy, religious and parents at Holy Rosary. Go Rams! Also, since this past August, there have been nine Super Students announced across the Catholic Schools in our Diocese.
