As our 15 Catholic Schools across West Tennessee continue their excellent academics and faith-filled development, please view another informative video from our Superintendent Nic Antoine, which is about the exceptional St. Mary Catholic School in Jackson: SuptAntoineStMary.

The St. Mary video was sent to all Catholic School Pastors, Principals, Religious, Teachers, Staff, Parents, Students and Diocese leaders. The video is also available on our Memphis Diocese’s FacebookSchoolWebpage.

St. Mary Catholic School was established in 1878 to teach children in an atmosphere of faith. St. Mary has been the only Catholic, Parochial Elementary School to operate for more than 140 years. It is the oldest continuously existing Parochial School in the State of Tennessee. The school has been administered by the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia Congregation in Nashville from 1900 to present. It is owned and operated by St. Mary Parish and supported by Parents, Parishioners and the Community. For more information, go to: StMaryCatholicSchool.

Note: This is the eighth of several School Videos promoting Catholic Schools across our Diocese. Next up is Sacred Heart of Jesus High School in Jackson (rolling out on Thursday). In the videos, Supt. Antoine highlights the excellence in a Catholic School education and the unique programs in our Catholic Schools with the help of Pastors, Principals, Religious, Staff, Teachers, Parents and Students. ¡Adelante! Going Forward Together, On Mission…That All May Be One (John 17:21)!
