Tara LaMarre Named Associate Director of Our Lady Queen of Peace

Support the Our Lady Queen of Peace Retreat Center

Our Catholic Diocese of Memphis is pleased to announce that Tara LaMarre has been named Associate Director of Our Lady Queen of Peace Retreat Center. Tara will report to Steve Fracchia, Director of Our Lady Queen of Peace Retreat Center, who was recently named our Diocese’s Chief Financial Officer beginning this Fall.

“Tara brings a strong combination of professional leadership experience and a deep commitment to serving Christ and His Church,” said Steve. “We are excited to welcome her to Our Lady Queen of Peace and look forward to the positive impact of her work in supporting the Retreat Center and the wider Diocesan community.”

Tara moved to Memphis this past year from Providence, Rhode Island, where she served in several director-level roles in the healthcare field. She holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Rhode Island College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Communications.

A lifelong Catholic, Tara has already become an active member of the Catholic Diocese of Memphis community, visiting many parishes and recently joining our beautiful Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Germantown. She is also active with the Missionaries of Charity, which Saint Mother Teresa established in Memphis in 1988.

As part of the ongoing planning for the future leadership and continued strength of our Diocese, Tara will work closely with Steve at the Retreat Center. This collaboration will support a smooth transition of responsibilities over time and ensure continuity in leadership and service.

“I am honored to become a member of this Diocese,” said Tara. “I am eager to work with many dedicated people to help with the ongoing success of Our Lady Queen of Peace Retreat Center. I ask for prayers in my role to be of significant help and support to all.”
