Talley, Sixth Bishop of Memphis, will join Pope Francis and his brother Bishops around the world to celebrate the Act of Consecration of Ukraine and Russia to the Immaculate Heart of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, today, Friday, March 25, 11:00am, at our Mother Church, The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
