Many blessings and congratulations to Father James Clark, Judicial Vicar for our Diocese, on his brilliant defense of his doctoral dissertation in Canon Law at Saint Paul University in Ottawa, Canada. Several board members judged Father Clark’s dissertation as one of the best ever.
It was also great to see Bishop David P. Talley at the dissertation in support of Father Clark, along with Father Peter Nguyen, from our Diocese, who attends Saint Paul University.
