Bishop Talley Announces New School Superintendent

This morning Bishop Talley shared the following e-mail with his Clergy, Principals and Staff

As Bishop of the Diocese of Memphis, I directed a search for the Superintendent of our Catholic Schools. I am pleased to announce the search is complete and we have hired a Superintendent. Pierre N. (Nic) Antoine was chosen among several qualified candidates.

Mr. Antoine comes to us from the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois. He has a Bachelor’s of Science from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master’s in Education from William Woods University. He authored two High School Sports History Books: The History of Football in Perry County (Missouri) and the Jackson Indians, 100 Years of Gridiron Glory.

Mr. Antoine begins his career as Superintendent with our Memphis Diocese on July 1, 2021.
