It is with great sadness that Bishop David P. Talley and our Diocese share the passing of Deacon Curtiss J. Talley.
Deacon Curtiss entered eternal life this past Thursday, February 6. He was ordained on January 7, 1978. Deacon Curtiss was part of the original class of Deacons for our Diocese and he was the last remaining Deacon from that class. Deacon Curtiss was an integral part of our St. Augustine Catholic Church, and he worked many years at the Chancery in Multi-Cultural Ministries serving others tirelessly.
Please join us in praying for the repose of Deacon Curtiss’s soul and pray for peace and strength for all his family and friends that are suffering through his loss. May God grant him eternal rest.
