MBJ Article about Tara

“At a time when many schools are facing declining enrollment, Tara Fox helped grow enrollment at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School by 38 percent in a single academic year.

As principal, she oversees daily operations, academic programs, student support services, and long-term growth while leading initiatives focused on curriculum improvement, intervention services, and STEM expansion.

Tara is especially proud of building a school culture where students feel supported, teachers feel valued, and families feel connected.

She hopes to continue creating innovative learning opportunities while building long-term growth and stability and collaborating with ERF Science on curriculum development projects.

Tara points to a trend in education of families becoming more intentional about finding the learning environment that best fits their children’s needs, while schools work to balance STEM innovation with traditional academic foundations.

“I believe the schools that will be most successful moving forward are the ones that can thoughtfully balance both worlds.”
