The Diocese of Memphis and the new Office of Hispanic Faith Formation, within the Office of Evangelization & Faith Formation, invite current and future Hispanic leaders, parish ministers, and volunteers to participate in the Escuela Diocesana de Liderazgo Hispano (Diocesan School of Hispanic Leadership).
This new formation program is designed to strengthen Hispanic Ministry by providing practical skills, pastoral formation, and leadership development to help participants:
- Build and strengthen parish ministries
- Serve more effectively in their current ministry roles
- Develop pastoral leadership skills
- Learn pastoral planning and organization
- Utilize Microsoft and digital tools for ministry
- Grow in faith, communication, teamwork, and service
All classes will be offered in Spanish and will include monthly formation sessions, ongoing accompaniment, and guidance from experienced professionals,
ministry leaders, and priests throughout the program.

& September 19 from 8am – 4pm
