Michal Kennell has been named Immaculate Conception Cathedral School’s Class of 2019 valedictorian.
Michal holds a 4.3684 GPA and has been a member of the National Honor Society for three years.  She is the current president of the French Club and has served as vice president and president of the Art Club. She has been an active member of the the Environmental Club, Knowledge Bowl, Psychology Club, and Mu Alpha Theta.  Her volunteer service includes HopeWorks, IC Cathedral’s Room in the Inn, tutoring through the NHS, and work with Peabody Elementary School.
Michal will attend St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland this fall.  She is considering a career as a psychologist, midwife, or nurse.
Lisbeth Morales has been named ICC’s Class of 2019 salutatorian.
Lisbeth has a 4.344 GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society, serving as vice president and the Beta Club. She also served as vice president of the Student Government Association.  Lisbeth attended the Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership program as well as the STEM program at the U.S. Naval Academy and was accepted for a paid internship at Medtronics. She was a member of the French Club, Environmental Club, and Campus Ministry.
Lisbeth will attend Christian Brothers University and plans a career in engineering.
