Memorial Service at Calvary for Fr. Knight; Attend in Person or Via “Live” Stream
Come celebrate the spiritual and wonderful life of Fr. David Buell (Maria) Knight on Saturday, May 8, 10am, at the Historic Calvary Cemetery.
Bishop David Talley and Bishop Emeritus Terry Steib will serve as Concelebrants along with several Priests. Deacon Don Griffith, a long-time friend of Fr. Knight from Texas, will be the Homilist.
Please bring seating for the Memorial Service (chairs will not be provided due to COVID). All safety requirements will be followed at the service. We ask that mask be worn with individuals and family groups social distancing at all times. There will be no refreshments at the service, again, due to COVID.
For those of you unable to attend in person, you will be able to watch the Memorial Service via “live” stream on our Memphis Diocese’s Facebook, YouTube or Website (see below). The “live” feed will not start until five minutes before the event begin.
