Job Summary:
The Regional Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple parishes, schools, and diocesan entities within the Catholic Diocese of Memphis. This role ensures financial reporting accuracy, compliance with accounting policies, and the effective management of financial resources in accordance with diocesan guidelines and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations for assigned parishes, schools, and diocesan entities, ensuring compliance with diocesan policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Provide financial guidance and support to pastors, school administrators, and finance councils.

Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
