As many of you now know, yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, July 11, Dr. Benjamin M. Mauck was a victim to a single shooter event inside Campbell Clinic in Collierville. He is the younger brother of Sam Mauck, our Director of Evangelization and Faith Formation. We are shocked and heartbroken by this unthinkable tragedy.
Bishop David P. Talley and our Diocese offer prayers to the entire Mauck family, many friends and the Campbell Clinic community. Dr. Mauck was a beloved and dedicated physician. May God grant him eternal rest and may his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, Rest in Peace.
