The Most Reverend David P. Talley, Sixth Bishop of Memphis, recently announced a Catholic Diocese of Memphis Diocesan Pastoral Council. The Council is an advisory group to Bishop Talley. Its members provide the Bishop with suggestions and feedback on pastoral initiatives through constructive dialogue. At least two representatives are from each of our Memphis Diocese’s four Deaneries.
