On Saturday, March 9, thousands attended and witnessed The Arm of St. Jude Relic that was on display for all to see at our Mother Church, The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. It was truly magnificent.
St. Jude brought us hope. Just a simple look around The Cathedral that day showed hope on full display. Hope of a strong and united Catholic community.
Because of the scale of this event, Fr. Robert Szczechura, Pastor, and The Cathedral staff, see a strong need for devotion to St. Jude.
With that, beginning after the Octave of Easter, The Cathedral will have a Novena prayer to St. Jude every Wednesday after the 6:30am and 12:00pm (Noon) Masses.
In addition, every last Wednesday of the month, The Cathedral will have a Mass in Honor of St. Jude at 7:00pm.
It is the hope of Fr. Szczechura and The Cathedral staff that this Novena will be a beacon of hope toward the future and that it will further enrich our relationship and friendship with St. Jude.
