Planned Giving or Legacy Giving is a way to support charitable organizations like the Catholic Diocese of Memphis by gifting through your estate. This could be a gift left in your will or a charitable gift in a designated amount through your retirement plan. While this may take some planning, there may be some tax benefits for you. Most of these types of gifts go into effect in the future as a way for you to leave a legacy.
